99 JDM ITR cluster plug n play in 2001 GSR?
I searched on the topic but couldn't get a confirmation that this would be plug n play on 2000/2001 spec. If anyone has actually DONE this on their 2000/2001 or knows for a fact what it takes to be done, please let me know. Thank you.

All you have to do is take out your cluster. Then unscrew all the screws on the back of the both the clusters. After that switch the back halfs of the clusters. Put all the screws back in the clusters and plug the jdm one in your car. Taking the back off the cluster was the hardest for me because I couldnt get the tabs pressed down to pull it off. Just make sure you keep them somewhat level upside down so the actuall gauges stay in place because you have to remember they are just sitting there and are not screwed down.
Hope you get them working because I love mine

just remove the 3 screws that hold the bezel/cover to the rear housing first. the tabs can be easily opened/pressed down/etc with multiple screwdrivers (two works, once two of the tabs are held down it comes off easy).
then remove the screws for the gauges.

Either way you still have to take out all the screws because the gauges are attached to the back housing. I wedged a flat head screw driver (carefully of course) between the two parts and then pressed down a couple of tabs with my hand and rotated the screw driver at the same time and they came apart easily.
