I just got my car out of the body shop last night after dropping it off again this week for a few minor things.......Some kid on the way to college just didn't pay attention.
Bumper doesn't look all that bad I guess.....he hit me ****** hard though. I got muscle spams in my back really bad.....hope tomorrow I don't feel any worse. Bumper is kinda bowed out....nicked the exhaust (Guess his ins just bought a Trust exhaust hunh lol).
I can't catch a break......I know its not tech or anything but I just had to vent.

Dude go to the doctor right away. Even the tiniest injury could affect your neck a lot. You see when you know you are going ot get hit you body gets prepared for it so you dont get hurt (or alteast not as bad), you might have some back or neck problems down the road so go to a doctor (chiropractor?) before they settle.

I'm going to see a doctor next week monday. I'm getting in touch with a reputable personal injury lawyer before I settle. I've never been in this kind of shape after an accident. So I know I'm gonna feel it down the road.

wait - if it hurts, I'd go. if the doctor just says you are diagnosised with whiplash and it'll go away in a few weeks, yule get jack ****!
anytime the doctor says you are fine...the insurance company will find out and u can't settle...if the doctor diagnosed you with something, the ins company will pay for that..and usually that only. least u can get more out of it by settling higher.
