Default toda b's or jun 3's in b16?

I know this is a stupid question, but the search won't allow "jun" because it is too short. I've been searching for an hour and can't find what I need to know. My friend is building up the motor for his future echc H1 car. It's a b16 with ctr pistons right now. We've been trying to figure out what cams would be best for his use. The car is not daily driven, so streetability is not a concern. Which cam make the better numbers in a 1.6? The motor will have headwork, 2.5' exhaust and header. I've been seeing vague posts about this subject, with some numbers posted, but with no details. I've seen 175whp in stock b16a2, and i've heard about the same for toda, but I want proof.

I think that with the JUN 3's you may run into some valve to piston clearance issues (with the CTR slugs). I personally think that the JUN 3's are a Little too aggressive for a B16 although my friend is running them is his and made some pretty nice power gains.

Why not skunk2? In case you guys didn'y know they copied all of the high brand name profiles, and because skunk 2 product are made in... aw I promised not to tell... they are super cheap. Stage 2 put out 185.9 in my ITR at mile high elevation. No air up here in COLORADO!
