Default Krylon vs Dupli-color paint for vinyl/plastic

I broke the coin box and the fuse cover under the dash. we have a tan coin box and fuse cover in the garage(from anther dash). I want to just paint these two.
Which paint is better.
the plastic pieces will be PRIMED first for maximum adhesion from the paint.
Krylon Paint or Dupli-color, both are Interior Trim paint?

AND WHEN I went to the Auto store. They Have GLOSS BLACK? FLAT BLACK? SEMI-Flat black? and ULtra flat black. Which one of these is our TYPE-D black(integra)?

Krylon has a new product called Fusion. Just made to stick to plastic. You should check that out. Hope this helps....
