Parts and other

Ok i am getting an apexi-n1 for my 4dr gsr, also i am thinking about getting a new chip because the one i have right now doesnt work. it limits the rpms to 7200.... anyways i have thought that it has to be the chip and so i am trying to figure out which one i need. I am planning to get intake and headers and then later down the line go JRSC. What chip would you recomend me get if all i have is exhaust and intake. Thanks.

I dont have that much done to my car... all i want is a chipped for like 210 bucks any suggestions on what i should get?
