ok,i think the wiring is all done,we had to use the b18 wiring harness because a crx si harness was unavailable.i repinned all the wires and double checked them all to the ecu using a meter.only had two little things that i need to ask about.

the crx ecu is wanting a white/yellow wire for the alternator rf,there is no white/yellow wire coming from the 93 ls alternator.would this be something that does not effect anything,all the other wires are hooked up correctly,the ls alt. only has 3 wires plus the battery wire,i guess the crx alt had 4 wires on it.

we are using a 91 teg ecu,there is no pin for the knock sensor so im assuming that we dont need to worry about the knocksensor on the back of the 93 ls motor.

vss.will the crx si speedo cable plug into the ls tranny?what are the two hoses that come out right by the vss,they are cut off on ours for some reason.

get a 91 si or ls wire harness. its plug and play and will prevent future headaches.

 

The speedo will work from your other motor. As far as the wiring goes i was having the same problem. I had to get a stock harness and a ls one, and have some one build it, just to much trouble. Good luck!!

 

the wiring is all done,had two wires that didnt match up according to the books.

the blue wire for the fast idle valve,which the ls motor does not have,so that wire does not matter.

the white with a yellow stripe that goes to the alternator which the ls motor does not have either

so your saying i need the speedo from the 91 crx tranny,and that will bolt right into the ls tranny?
