Default need 411 on HKS exhaust!!!

here we go....

they dont make an HKS HIPER cat-back for the 5G lude but im thinking of getting the UNIVERSAL HKS HIPER muffler and do a custom mandrel bend
is this worth doing???
or
is the HKS DRAGER cat-back better more effiecient?

whats the difference in performance and noise wise on both... if its simlilar or what not...

experiences/facts and reviews welcome...

thanks in advance

The hiper is the n1 style one right? If so just go with an Apexi N1 or skunk2 catback. Those are very loud though. If you're looking for a quiet, deep tone, clean sounding exhaust go with Apexi World Sport or DC Sports.

yea it is like the APEXi N1... only a lil bit bigger... i like the N1 but the piping of the APEXi cat-backs i heard go really low... i dont think it has good ground clearance...

w/e rear section you get i think you should do the mandrel bent piping...you get more power with out the cat and i like the sound of it with out the catalytic...that my opinion. I had the Greddy Evo on my 01' Lude and it was great but i broke it over a sewage cap and i went Ev0 rear section and mandrel bent piping str-8 from the header instead of a test pipe then the other piping and it free'ed up some power that was well needed to run some B16 hatchs in my neighbor ho0d. And also i like the SP exhaust so check that one out too...

i have the HKS universal Titanium Exhaust which is just like the Hiper Exhaust... and let me tell you.. it is way LOUD... so if you dont want a loud exhaust then dont get this one.. but i definately noticed a decent gain from it... also it looks hella nice too...
