Sup Guys, I own a 92 hatch but you guys will know this better than the EG guys..

I have the DOHC zc motor and I am using a ex/si hydro tranny....I just picked up a spare hydro ex/si tranny case the diff blew but the gears in in okay condition....

My question is...I want to find a ZC tranny, and throw in the internals in...is that even possible??

ZC has 4.45FD correct....ex/si(hydro) 4.25FD so thats an upgrade.....

anyone have the link to mistabone's tranny page, I have a spare low mileage cx tranny at home and a older but good condition vx tranny so I'm going to be chaning gears etc etc.......get some speed for road racing and autoz..........

i know people put the FD from the ZC into the CRX Si tranny. thats just my 2 cents. peace.

 

The internals will transfer right over to the zc tranny....

Otherway around its the Si final drive into the ZC tranny

 

ah crap your right

 

I want the opposite...zc internals into and ex hydro tranny....

will that work??
