what comp #'s are ok for a JDM B18C-R?

what comp #'s are ok for a JDM B18C-R?
A motor that i might buy was getting numbers between 195 and 210... cyl 1 getting 195... With the comp being high is this normal? What are the causes for this? Stock pistons...
