Well my husband's gone and it's time to play with his car!! I've got about a year, and a fairly decent budget to do some upgrades on his car....as you can see we sort of have a start, but I have no clue about engines and all that other stuff....

What we have:
Enkei 17's RSE's
Greddy SP
AEM Intake

The local shop suggested a motor swap, what do you think I should put under the hood
Keep in mind we have two kids, so don't hurt my budget!!!

 

What car do you have? go to http://www.hmotorsonline.com and look around. i would suggest a Pre OBD (88-91) CRX SiR B16A. you pretty much get everything you need besides the vtec wiring. then go to http://www.hasport.com and buy a b-series mount kit. theres tons of other stuff, just IM me for any info you need, i'll help you out, or you can e-mail me at itsjuststock@yahoo.com

Oops! I should point out that we have a 94 EX coupe...Her name is Greenbean, but she's going to get painted, any ideas on that, we want it black, but any help is really appreciated!!

 

b16 a has a great aftermarket, in fact, probably the biggest. but since your'e on a budget. but wtih the setup you have right now, i would start off with a header...then move on from there. also, i would get some springs and shocks.
