how to tell a USDM b16a from a JDM b16a by looking at it?
this is for a friend of mine, even though i would also like to know. He wants to know how to tell the difference between a USDM b16a and a JDM b16a by looking at it. Is there any way to tell?? And I did a search, about 3 times.
jdm b16's don't have a number after it. for example it says b16. usdm b16 have an number after it. example b16a2.

Um, its the other way around buddy. JDM B16A1s had DOHC bigger than VTEC. As far as I know, every other VTEC engine besides that one had VTEC larger than DOHC.
