Is it a real gain? I'm guessing it is. The GS-R header is already a step up from the exhaust manifold on the LS/RS, and the ITR header is another step up from the GS-R header. Supposedly, it has no hard bends/angles in its design.

Is it worth the money? I would say yes, if you can find it cheap enough. If it were more expensive than say, a used DC sports 4-2-1, I would say it wasn't worth the money. Just my opinion though...
