I can only speak for myself... When I installed the Comptech Icebox on my car with the stock paper filter and stock rubber intake tube, I got 4 whp and 4.1 lbs./trq. Otherwise, I'm still stock.

you wont gain that much from IHE, but there is so much left to be done.
The posibilities are vast.
