its a complete h23 motor with tranny and all, it has 80k on it but still runs fine, perfect for h23 vtec hybrid, it ran my prelude a 15.3 stock with out vtec,its selling for $1k , if u would like more info email me at clumzyboii@aol.com, thanx

Will an H23 tranny mount to an H22 block?

 

100 posts cool. Yes it will but why would you want to. The gear ratios for the H23 on an H22 will suck.

 

im runnin h23 tranny and it doesnt suck. the gear ratios are almost identical. of course i would prefer an h22 tranny, but for the money, si trannys are fine

i dont think i can pay a G for it though. if it was still in the car... maybe. looking for offers? if you cant get rid of the sucker then IM me, i might beable to arrange something.
ps: whats everyone think of a boosted h23 vs h22???? vtec is fun, but i turbo might be alittle better. i dont really have the cash to do a boosted h22.

Will the H23 fit in a 3rd gen engine bay? That's what I really want to do if it works.
