HOW does the yellow glass over the jdm foglight break!! it happened to me
so i was sitting at a red light and i noticed in the reflection of the car in front of mine that one of my foglights looked brighter then the other. so i got home and looked at it and the yellow glass over one of my foglights was broke. i was pissed. i dont know how it happened. im not sure if its my fault or the place i bought it from. has this ever happened to anyone. if so do u know any place that will sell me just one headlight. i dont want to have to buy a whole other set. if u have any info help me out. thanks
It has happened to a lot of Itr owners. I read that it is the kind of light bulb used. Its to hot for the glass to handle thus causing it to crack and crumble.
If I am wrong please correct me its been a while since I've read that particular thread. I tried to find it, but I couldn't

yup.. dont use those piaa bulbs or any other bulbs that are not "stock"... which are 55w H3 bulbs. anything higher and it will overheat and cause it to crack
