Default woohooo, I finally bought a JDM ITR steering wheel! Now I need some questions answered

Good price eh?

Now tell me, does the SRS connector differ between 94-97 and 98+ integra models? If it does, can I splice the connector, or will that screw up the SRS ?

its an average price. you can splice anything if you use the right wires and barrel crimps. electricity is not biased.

I gave one back after installing halfway through because of finding out USDM Cable Reel position alignment have to be alter to fit JDM Momo SRS position. From feedback that it will fit onto our R but u have to live with non signaling return on one of the directions since now one side of rotations is not even for the signal clicker.

I don't think the SRS/airbag connections are different between '94-'97 and '98+. The best way to check it is by calling a dealership.

As for the signal canceller being off, it's not all too bad. Only when I make a very gradual right hand turn, the signal light doesn't cancel. It works perfect for left hand turns.

JDM ITR steering is definitely an upgrade over oversized & thin USDM steering wheel. Even Warren said it was nice.

Can anyone confirm this for sure? I can live with the signal not cancelling if it is true, I always cancel manually anyway.
