I removed my Headlight But how Do I get the clear plastic casing off

Ok I am attempting to clean out my headlights of built up debris. I have removed my front bumper, taken out the headlights. On the headlights I toke out the bulbs and snapped off all the metal clamps. How the hell do I get the plastic part off of my head light. Thanks
