went to dyno my car today....
Today I went to tune my 00 GSR at Lujan Motorsports in Miami, FL. My base run was 159 HP and 117 tq. After an hour of tuning, i got 161hp and 110 tq. The car has as follows:
i/h/e
vafc
S2 IM
S2 stage 1 cams
S2 cam gears
gutted cat
p28
no power steering
(-2, +4.. fuel 42psi , vafc all at 0)
(+1, +2 cam settings, same fuel with fuel tuned on vafc)

Hmm...Couple things.
1) Numbers seem low. Really low.
2) Your tuner is NOT good.
3) What header and exhaust are you running?
4) What kind of p28?
5) You need a skunk2 valvetrain.
That curve is just scary....Im not trying to hate on your dyno...Im just saying...Something is messed.

i have DC 4-1 and the first run was a p28 with a vision chip and the second run was a p28 with a mugen chip. i thought my number was lower also.

HOLY CRAP.... dat looks scary.... you want a nice flat torque. And i agree with all the previous post.... get a V-AFC or a Hondata and go somewhere else for tuning.

let me get this right....
you started with 159 whp and you ended with 161 whp...so you gain 2 whp ?!?
and you started with 117 tq and you ended with 110 tq ...so you lost 7 tq ?!?!?!?!?
you have lost 7 tq....that really sucks.
hope you find a better tunner

hmmm, they made your car worse after an hour of tuning my friend.
only the peak number is better... for pretty much the rest of the rev range, the original dyno plot is better.

thats sum scary ****.. skunk cams are not drop and go cams, they need tuning you should be 170ish whp area with a nice flat, higher torque cuve.. my b16 made more power than that with a similar set up.. i did have a vafc skunk stage 2 cams, fpr and cam gears to play with..
He already has adj cam gears and a VAFC.
Anybody else think we need a Skunk2 P72 IM and Stage1 cam dyno link compilation? Seem to be a lot of these popping up lately.

Any tuner who would let someone leave the shop with a torque curve looking like that well.......is not a tuner!
First thing I would do is go to another place. Second, switch back to a stock ecu. Third, put the stock cat back on or get a high-flow. Gutted cats are bad for flow.
good luck

Okay - I definitely would not switch back to stock ecu.
Where is your vtec @? And please please get a carsound cat.

where is your a/f graph?
the vafc is suposed to get rid of that big dip when VTEC kicks in too.. you need to go to a better tuner..

I would recheck your install before hitting the dyno again. Something just isn't right...

I doubt its the install, I just think the tuner is whack. Its been said before and I'll say it again, take it somewhere else.

don't. save your pennies and hit the dyno again, maybe with a more qualified tuner

Don't play with the cam gears. The butt dyno is very wrong when it comes to power. You want a smooth transition which means butt dyno will feel nothing.
