eclipse/accord turboing
ive seen a few people mentioning using a 1st gen turbo manifold, and other parts, in order to turbo an f22....anyone have a link to the thread that mentioned this, i bookmarked it a long time ago, but i cant find it. anyway, i was wondering if anyone has tried it, if not, id like to be the first, and if so, id like some info on how it worked out.

I have read that this only works with the f22a engines, not f22b. I don't know if this true, but this is what I have read.

Na..you not the first, actually a bunch of single cam accord here have dsm turbo stuff, dirt cheap and it works.

It is very possible to custom turbo an F22B. TeamElusive of Honda Society did. Look. http://board.hondasociety.com/...mitsu Also, from what he told me, you will need to shave the block because it won't clear the turbo. He used 2nd Gen Eclipse parts.

i got a 1g dsm manni and it was 50 shipped, that damm thing was hella heavy, and a 14b turbo. woulda been nice, but the f22b1 head is liek O OO O when the b2 is like O O O O like the dsm and f22a motors as well, and jdm f22b motor.... pisses me off, but thats all sold and gone now, so im stuck n/a now

b1 and b2 share the same header pattern, i nkow this cause i switched from a turbo b2 engine to a b1 and reused the same manifold. the mitsu turbo mani i belived works on 4th gens.
