stock OEM short ram?!?!
(keep in mind i just got my teg)...i just opened up my stock intake filter box and to my surprise i found "aftermarket intake" looking OEM filter...i was just wondering if i could keep the box and the snail resonator tubing off and make a OEM short ram intake? anyone do this?
Put the airlid back on and call it good.
Your not going to get much of a difference in hp just noise.
Hope your having fun with the Teg
I believe HKS has a intake piece that can be inserted into the stock tubing that incorporates a foam type filter.
AoiGSR has it, msg him about it.
Is it a filter like this? minus the bend and the lack of oil on it.
This is a K&N filter (not too bad of a filter) Keep it in there.
Here is a archived DIY thread about: Cold Air Box intake setup

Do some more searching, get some ideas from these threads and go at it.
