i wanna make my guages light up amber/red like in the 4dr gsr's , do i disassemble the gauge cluster from the inside of the car or from under the hood by the firewall? im not too sure where these bulbs are located and how to get them out. And also where are the ones behind the climate controll unit. TIA

 

well, from the driver seat, there are two screws that hold the bezel in (that plastic that goes around the cluster). The screws are on the top of the bezel, so you'll need a short screw driver to get them out. With those out, the bezel should come out with a little force. Now, there are three screws that hold the actual cluster. One on the top, and one on each side. Take those out and the cluster will slide out. Now, on the back, there are these black rectangles, three of them actually, arranged in a squashed rectangle. Just turn them counter clockwise and they'll come out. the bulbs are in these holders. just pull them out and put the red bulb in. They are 194 bulbs. HTH
