Hi everyone! I'm getting my license this year and am looking forward to owning a prelude. I was wondering what mods would be most helpful to add power, and any extra advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Search is your BEST friend, especially(!) in the Prelude forum, you'll get torn apart in here for not searching. haha.
Anyway, you can start with your basic power adders: upgraded air induction (aem, dc, k&n), exhaust header (dc, greddy, mügen, et all), performance catalytic converter (aka, "test pipe"), and a larger dia. piping catalytic converter-back system, (aka cat-back: greddy, dc, thermal r&d, RS*R, mügen, and many many more).
As for other advice, don't leave your suspension in the dark- upgrade the springs and shocks..(do both at the same time to be smart about it). if you lower it more than an inch, **dont forget the camber kit**..then there are many other components to add power and improve handling..search the boards..you'll find a lot of info...hope at least some of this gave you a good foothold on what you're gettin into.
