17.50 down the track whats wrong??
hey anyone know what a 92 integra rs should pull on the track with a b16a swap?? i have dc sports header, obx cam gears ex- at 2 advanced and in- at 6 advanced, p28 ecu with gsr values on skunk 2 chip, full cat back exhaust, and intake with a act 6 puck extreme pressure plate. 17.5 doesn't sound right.

even if he did get a good 60ft time, his 1/4 mile time would still suck ***. look at the trap speed he posted (80mph). that means he basically has no power. i think somethin's wrong with your engine cuz you should be pullin a lot harder than that.
my b18b 98 teg with i/h/e, fpr pulls through the traps at 90 mph. You should definitely get your engine checked out....80 is extremely low meaning no power is being made. Good luck...
if you dont have aftermarket cams in there and u changed your cam timing, you could be losing some major power. they can potentially squeeze a few HP from stock cams but you gotta run on a dyno to tune it right. and yea thats a really bad ET i think a geo metro could do better then that

I agree, don't advance the cams. Move them back to 0 and it'll be fine if you're running on stock cams. Trying to increase overlap (which I assume you're trying to do) with the stockers will most likely result in less power, I think.
I actually heard that B16 integras do about as well as ls motors, due to the loss in torque. Could be wrong, but nevertheless, that MPH is way too slow if you didn't misshift, or stop through the track and coast. Compression and leakdown test will help you see the condition of your motor.

Anyways... thats what you get for swapping in a smaller motor into your car. You may want todo a compression and leakdown test.

Unless there's something seriously wrong with your motor, I'm going with everyone else on the cam timing. The way your cam gears are set up doesnt sound right for stock cams, at all.
My advice would be to get some aftermarket cams and dyno tune it. Or just dyno tune it with the stock ones in, either way. Or....try pulling out the skunk2 cam gears and see what it runs. My guess is it's be a significant improvement

yeah 60ft sucks, air down your tires and launch higher! Also, i think your cam timing is off. Try driving your car w/ the cam gears set at 0 int and 0 exh. You might see a greater gain in power w/ just stock settings.
