Default What's behind door number four?

I am looking to buy a "STOCK" 98-00 integra, I will be swapping in an H22 so I don't want to pay the GSR price, all I need is an LS or GS. One small problem I really want it to be a four-door and everysingle car I have found for sale that is a four-door is an AUTOMATIC? Is the GSR trim the only way to get a 4dr 5spd???

they made more autos for 4 doors because the vast majority of sedan buyers want auto. you just have to look.

Yea I'm thinking you are gonna have some trouble finding a 4 door thats not auto or a GSR.

good luck, GS-R sedans are hard to find...you might have to end up using one of those for your project...

if you are swapping in the h22, why does it matter if its auto. Just get the h22 with the 5 speed and fork out a little extra for the shift linkage fabrication and what not.

Guess, I'm one of the few that have a 5 speed ls four door. However, it's a 95. Have you thought of getting a older model then change it to 98 conversion.

It wont matter if it is Auto or not

If you ar going to do a H22 swap, you will need a Prelude tranny anyway.

you cant fit a Integra tranny into a h22 anyway.

But you will need some extra work done to get the clutch panal install.

you might be better off looking for a gs-r with just alot of mileage, if your swapping out the motor anyways.

Drill holes, a few, but besides that its a complete engine+tranny swap, ecu also so it doesn't make much of a difference as your replacing EVERYTHING engine related including the computer and wiring harnesses...
