Over Torqued Cam Bolts

Over Torqued Cam Bolts
I torqued those down to 9 ft/lbs, but the article on Team-Integra.net replacing the cam seals told me 7.2 ft/lbs. Do I really have to take off my vavle cover and retorque them? What are those bolts called anyway?
