Default Oil on top of my plugs?

I got up this morning and was running way rich.. atleast thats what I think. I figured it had to do with the weather being kinda cold today. Well I stalled 4 times so far today. I pulled my plugs and they where jet black also my plug closest to the passanger side had oil on top of it where it connects to the spark plug wire? What does that mean? I wonder if its my valve cover seal?

Any ideas?

Nick
