Default Warped rotors... Warped calipers? -Rear breaks are constantly locked

Hey everyone. Have had nothing but bad news for my teg the last couple of weeks ...My front left strut is blown, my bolt holding my struts on to the lower arm in the rear, broke off- and is still stuck in there (rusted and corrosion, need new arm.) Lets see what else, im running lean as fauk, i stripped the hell out of the screws holding the front rotors on- (i was trying to get my extended studs on there, when i stripped them with to much torque on the air gun.)
So anyways, here is my most worysome problem at the moment. I noticed my rear hub not spinning. I loosend the parking break tension up, under the center consule, and the hub was still locked (not locked, but really hard to move). SO then i took the caliper off, and sanded down the rotor, best i could. I then took off the parking break lever (found behind the caliper and rotor), and the tension "pull-back" spring, and made sure that nothing was in the way or corroded, or keping the little bolt that locks the breaks, in the position of being constantly on. I even went so far as to taking a dremel tool to the little arm of the parking break, (the one where the cable is attactched too, behind the rotor, doing the job of turning your breaks on/off) --to shave it down- hoping to make less tension on the p-break line/bolt... I then the caliper back on, and it was nice and loose! (Still warped, but it was easy to turn). I thought i had solved the problem.
But no, I pumped the breaks and lifted the p-break and released it a few times to find that my rotor was locked up again. The piston must be clamping down on the pads constantly- but why
THe rotor is warped for sure.- What else is wrong?? Warped caliper? Piston problem?

Not a warped caliper, a seized caliper. Could be the problem

I had a similar problem. The handbrake lever on the caliper (the part that the cable attaches to) turns a shaft which works the mechanism inside the caliper. That shaft got corroded, so it was hard to turn. Now the return spring (wound around that shaft & lever) wasn't strong enough to pull the mechanism back to the released position.

So I bought a set of rebuilt calipers.

That sounds like that could be the problem. How much did it cost yah? I might just save up and get that MMR break/suspension setup, put its pricey...

I think they were about $160 for each side, reman, loaded. I think rebuild kits are available, for me it was about how long could I wait to get them and my old ones had lots of miles...
