Idle Issues....b16A1

Eh guys, I was wondering, my car idles at 3500rpm when I start it up...I don't drive it cause I'm scared to fahk it up more.... also I see white smoke buring from the back of my IM, (IACV)....if anyone noes whats wrong plz help

More info, please.
I`d say the smoke is possibly an exhaust leak and seperate from your idle problem, I`d get under it and inspect for what the issue could be.
I always say check your FICV, that seems to be a real troublesome problem to diagnose, b/c there is no CEL. Then search your *** off on this site, there are a million threads dedicated to just what you`re describing....
