i've searched some of the other sites along with this one, and whether the info is there or not, i cant piece it together so the question is
given a h23 in good working order. would i need to sleeve the block and run forged pistons to run 8 psi with a t3/t04e?

how many miles are on the block. What sleeves are they? do u have pics of it? if all is good, then i'll be pulling funds as soon as possible, i just dropped $1500.00 to uncle sam
