Yeah, I don't understand why you are only putting down 149whp...that doesn't make sense to me at all. A JDM B18C should be higher than that(atleast I would think so). Have you gone to the track yet to see what your 1/4 mile times are?

your curves look a lot better. Get a better management system and do some fuel tuning and you should be putting down better numbers....those are like stock B16 numbers....

my fuel regulator is pretty much maxed out so i may need bigger injectors. my vtec is set around 4200 but if you compare the first dyno to the second it looks a lot better and i'm really happy with the tq. I think 130 tq at the wheels is pretty good. The only problem is at 5800 rpm's my hp is already at 140 hp but then it just takes a dump. I think that if i were to keep making power it would go up to around 170. I just ordered a new Air fuel gauge from EFI so i can get it better tuned and it will tell me how well the injectors are working. What do you guys think is the problem.

Usually, when you make more torque and power in the midrange, you lose power up top, and it goes the other way around for top end power, you usually lose some midrange. It's difficult to get a good balance of both, maybe it's your tuner.

i dont think having ur FPR maxed out is helping . . . might be rich. have u tried to mess with the FPR to find peak numbers?

It could also be ur fuel pump.. do you still have the d series one? But u should take it somewhere else next time to get it tuned.

which b18c motor is it gsr or hype-r..if its hype-r i think your vtec is kickin way to low..but 165 is alot for your setup..sucks you on a dynojet it makes your numbers a lil higher

Is that supposed to be impressive? I made 152 hp (ATW) 4 years ago on a stock B18C1 w/ exhaust & header...

your FPR shouldn't be maxed out. and you definately DON'T need bigger injectors. ha.
there is clearly a tuning problem here.
what ecu are you using?? and are you still using the stock intake mani??
i think you or who ever tuned it went a little overboard on the vafc stuff. initialize everything and start over. run a base run with NO settings on the vafc. then go from there. i think that should be the last part to tune everything. and go to a new shop, if that who is tuning your stuff.

ok my first time at the track i ran a 15.2 with that was with a crappy exhaust and cheap header. The first dyno run the car was running very lean up top and that's why it wasn't making any kind of power. We kept pushing up the fuel after each run and it got better and better but no where near the power that it should have. I think i'm using the p72 and i'm still using the stock intake manifold. I think i need a new fuel pump. Right now i'm using the stock one. I'm changed everything from my fuel filter to spark plug wires. The leak down test was done and everything is fine. I don't think many honda's with stock internals make 150 hp at 5500 rpm's and i really don't think many honda's except lude's make 130 tq. The only thing i could think of is either the fuel pump, maybe i should mess with the timing, or maybe the injectors are clogged but these are just guesses. I just ordered a EFI air/fuel gauge so i can better tune it and not pay for the dyno until i'm ready. The EFI gauge also tells me the work load on the injectors.

the first time my brother ran at the track he pulled a 15.0 with a USDM B18C1 with 134,000 miles on it, full interior, short ram intake, DC header, custom 2.25 inch exhaust MSD SCI only. Your torque is nice, but your hp is about 20 ticks too low.

Kick your tuner in his ****** and then get your car to a real shop.
