is it? from what i know the spring rates are 276 front and back for sports and stock rates are 212 lb/in front and 117 lb/in back. big diffrence in the back but at the front is not that big of a diffrence. ill only get shocks for the rear for the mean time

HA! BS! My car on H&R Sports is lowered somewhere around 2.5-3"! That is WAY too low for only 276 lb/in rates. The car looks great but I will be going w/ 350/400 f/r GC coilovers set to about the same drop (probably 5mm higher than it is right now for the back, but the same for the front).

*edit* just to be clear, they do not have any sagging problems, this 2.5-3" drop has been there since they were installed over a year ago. My front Koni perches on the top stock height setting. My rear Konis are on the lowest setting so it's about a 3" drop back there.

I have H&R Sports, but I got the ones made for the Type-R.

I have not measured the drop, but it seems to be a tad lower than 1.7 in the front. Take a look at this video.

It's with stock shocks... notice the bouncing at times..... but note that I'm on stock shocks.

Heres the link to the video: http://www.majeed.ca/majeedmob...e.mov

It should be fine, because when I ordered the H&R's for my car, the only two options were standard Integra (LS, GS, GSR) or Type R.
