I have heard that some short shifters pop out of gear while driving. Say if you hit a large bump in the road, the shifter pops out of gear. Is this so?
I want to purchase the new Skunk2 short shift, but I don't want any problems such as popping out of gear or rattling. If anyone has any info on this, let me know. Thanks.

Had my short shifter for almost 2 years now and had it only once pop out of gear. It was on the highway in 5th and I figured that I didn't put it all the way in 5th, hit a good sized hump in the road and it popped out.

Also, I live in MA where the roads are horrible, but I try to avoid as many bumps as possible.
