the moron who owned the crx before me stuck a magnet holding thingy onto the dash w/super glue. I tried gasoline and nail polish remover and neither of them works to take it off completely. what could i use? please help. thanks.

Ace hardware, most places that sell that brand super glue will aslo carry the remover. I have used it on a dashboard and it DOES work. But it will be a little bit more shiney where you remove it so get some dashboard cleaners (like meguairs that leaves a shine).

 

acetone. Used to be what was in nail polish remover, but a lot of the new one use some "environmentaly friendly" stuff now

 

acetone, eh? have you tried it on the dash yourself? I don't want to damage the dash. It's vinyl... sounds fragile.
