My car was originally bought in Kansas but then I bought it used in california. is my car under cali emissions laws or the 49 states laws? like when you buy from hondaautomotiveparts.com and they ask if your car is 49 state or cali emissions.

 

if ur car can pass emissions in cali, ur pretty much set. i'm sure u can pass anywhere else.
