swaped...now clutch wont engauge???

Default swaped...now clutch wont engauge???

we just swaped a 2k ls into a 95 civic coupe..were using tha hasport cable to hydro conversion..its a 91 ls tranny..wit stock flywheel and stage 2 act clutch..tha motor starts..but tha clutch wont grab or engauge??????

maybe the throw out bearing is out of place

would we have to use tha ACT throw out bearing..because right now were using tha stock 91 ls one?????and the ACT one is for a hydro tranny?

Could be the place where you put the slave cylinder bracket onto the LS tranny release arm. If you drill it and bolt it on too far in or too far out, it's not going to work.

That's what I'm talking about right there. FYI, that's the HCP EG-18C hydro-cable conversion kit in a 94 Civic, using a YS1 GSR cable tranny. Been in there for a little over 2 years now with that setup and no problems to date (I even raced that car at the races with it... no problem before or after). Position of the bracket is important and will give you problems if it's not installed in the correct location.
