What's the drivetrain power lose of D16z6 tranny?

Anyone know about what % is lost through drivetrain Si/EX 5th gen tranny?(d16z6)
Or a good formula to figure it out with, besides dyno plotting.
Thanks, trying to do some figuring.

i believe 5% is a reasonable number. don't bet your life on that though.
