Help: Moisture in sound deafening material in trunk... what should I do???
I accidently spilled ice tea on those sound deafening stuff
on the floor of my trunk (I stripped the interior)... luckily I didnt spill too much but its been 2 days now and it seems like its still not dry, the sound deafening stuff which should be hard is now "mushy" ~~~
How should I dry it out? I was gonna just use a blow dryer to dry it out, but I figured I should give H-T a shot before I try anything...
Thanks in advance!

Throw a heat lamp back there, shining on it or something. Thats waht i do to my crx about every week when it rains
I have no idea, but a free bump for you
P.S.: In the worst case, just scrap them off and make it a all out stripped to the bone race car, haha

If you stripped the interior (for weight savings I assume) then you should also remove the sound deadening. You're worrying about iced tea in your trunk, c'mon, get serious.
