Whats the difference between a longblock and a complete swap with no trans??

Longblock should be a complete engine, with no wiring. Complete swap should have everything if it's really a "complete swap" ie wiring, starting, alternator, etc.

Yeah, complete swap should be everything you need. Shortblock I believe is just block and head. Longblock is block, head, distributor, alternator, all that stuff, like an entire working engine.
