After searching, I've only found recommended pressures for 205/50/15 tires. Nothing for 14's. This is on steelies.

I run 43f/31r in my 195/60R14 Azenis. Best thing to do though is experiment, and see what works for your car and your suspension setup. I'm running ~260f/325r, with Koni yellows (full stiff up front, half stiff in rear) Turn-in is crisp, rotation is very easy and predictable.

 

Also with Koni yellows at 1/2 stiff front 3/4 stiff rear, 300f/350r for springs, I have been running 37f/34r ish. Rotated a little too much with the front shocks at 1/3 stiff. Will be running an AX school event on the 27th, plan on using it to play with settings, pressures, and driver

 

i ran 38f 32r @ the track and on the street.

 

Thanks. I'm experimenting like 89STS recommends all the time, and it's paying off. The thing is that I have crappy AGX shocks and H&R race springs, limiting the accuracy of the outcome. Your answers are more than I could've asked for, but if we could add to it, that would be great. There isn't too much info on 14" Azenis or any 14" semi/race race tires.
