Default OT: Car won't start

Gas check
Battery check
Fuse check

The car won't start, how can I explain the situation...hmmm
Turn key...everything works but car won't start
all you here is a little buzzing sound and the the alternator moves a bit and stops

please help

faulty neutral safety switch.......doesnt do anything
battery is really fucked up.........slow *** crank but still get dash lights
starter..........motor cranks for like a sec and then doesnt do anything........tap the starter while someone cranks or keep ****** with the ignition eg: turn key to on and try to start, doing this repeatedly at a fast pace......sometimes it works
