anyone have some good tech on adjusting Cam gears??

STR pro gears for my b18c. Install is easy, but I have no idea what to tune them to. Any one have some good tech on this?

here's a setup I see people do but this with an aid of a dyno and it's pretty conservative.

intake: advance 2 degrees

exhaust: retard 1 degree

but still best while is tuning it on the dyno

how aggressive can i go on stock jdm cams?? a little more than usdm cams right?
