1.what gasket will i need for the header-cat? Honda S2000 donut gasket(goto your local honda dealership and ask for part number 18229-PCX-003, if they dont have it you can also try your acura dealership and ask for the v6 legend donut gasket
2. for the header-bpipe would be the 2.5 gasket, right? do you mean cat-bpipe connection? if so just head down your your local pep boys and in the exhaust section you should find a round 3 bolt gasket made by "Mr. Gasket" get the 2.5" one. It's a 2 pack for about $4
3.and do i need longer bolts for the header-cat section? yes you do. you need (2) 4" bolts, (2) washers(1.5" i think, or as round as the spring), (2) 1/4" washers for the header side, and (4) nuts(2 on each bolt and lock them together) </TD></TR></TABLE>
EDIT: Almost forgot to tell you...
You will also need new bolts/nuts for the cat-bpipe connection. I used (3) 1.5" bolts and double nutted them, along with washers on both sides of the connection. Using 2" bolts wouldn't hurt either.
