Does anyone make knock off JDM fog lights for the fifth gen? If no, then why not? Wouldn't it be fairly easy to make a replica and sell it for less than the genuine ones? This should probably be in the appearence forum, but I figured that more informed people would see the post here.

 

No they are not. I remember someone approached APC once. And they said the market is just not big enough to warrant them to make it. They something about selling at least 500 pieces to break even. Which means you prolly need to find 500 buyers lol. I don't think the savings would be that much more tho.

 

Yeah if APC was telling the truth about the 500 units, it wouldn't be worth it. Any one have other input about production cost?

 

i wouldnt want any APC products on my car anyways...JDM bling is the way to go!
