What is the best oil to use and what weight??? I Moble 1 any good??? What about oil filters, is fram good? I drive a 94 Integra with a B18B1.

 

This subject have been discussed like a million time before but to make things short heres my opinion. The "best" oil to use would be full synthetic. Many members here swear by Mobil 1. . But whats even more important than the brand of oil is the faithful 3000 mile schedule oil and filter change. As for weight just stick with Honda recommendation and use 5W-30. I use to use Fram oil filter but after discovering nothing beats the filtering quarlity of the Oem Honda ones , I switched.

Fram is crappy stuff, stick with Honda OEM or any other brand besides FRAM(Fram includes quaker state & pennzoil)
