Here are some instructions, if you decide to do it. I've heard good things about it. I haven't done it myself though.

i have it, but recommend buying the actual assembly from honda. i tried the cheaper kit but couldn't get it to hold firm. with the actual assembly i get great reception everywhere just as i did with stock

4, 5, 7, and 8 come as a part of #3, #3 includes all that stuff as a set.

I live in an area where reception is crap to begin with.. I had the s2k antenna on my car for a few months (put it on before I started driving).. tried everything to get the reception to be good (short of buying the entire assembly from the s2000), and i gave up..
I put my stock antenna back in. and HOLY **** the reception difference was night and day..
the s2000 antenna sure looked SEXY but I like listening to the radio thank you

radio shack sells a booster for car antennas. I would recommend this before putting the fugly stock one back on. I did this conversion on my accord using the DC2 kit, and reception went bye-bye. BUT i only listen to cd's usually anyway.
just with the s2k antenna itself, reception is crap (at least it was for me). i wired in a home receiver antenna internally, and reception is much better, but still not quite up to stock.
