i remember reading a post one time about a book about ITR's that was supposed to be very informative. i tried searching, but just came up with bluebook and or helms manual. i know the helms manuel is good to have, but i thought it was somthing else....cant remember the name of the author or title of book. Anybody here know what it is? Thanks for your help!
