LS to Type R wiring harness swap?

LS to Type R wiring harness swap?
I am going to put a USDM ITR engine in my 95 LS. I was wondering whats all involved with swaping the US ITR harness in to the LS. Is it worht the time? I think it may be , but thats why I am asking. Is the a thread about this I searched and found nothing. So all in all whats involved? thanks.
