Default buying hid's... anyone ever heard of these guys?

I plan on buying my hid's within 2-3 weeks. Anyone ever heard of these guys? http://www.hidconversionkits.com/. if so, are they good? bad? they say they use philips ballast and also use philips bulbs. in the pictures i think the bulbs say philips burners... i dont know i cant make it out that clearly. here is what they claim their kit consists of.

"The HID conversions use parts sourced from Philips. Included with every HID kit is a Philips LVQ-212 L300 ballat that has been modified for aftermarket use. Both the 4100K and 6000K bulbs are German made and sourced from Philips as well."

any info would be great.

the bulbs are not coated blue. they actually look clear to me. will 4100k be white as 4300k? will there be yellow in it at all?

Yea he should... he told me to call this place called Pacific Microlight... Ask for Bob
(310)364-5219. Hes a cool guy... talk to him and he'll set u up with a nice kit... They use Phillips Ballast and bulbs... I believe he said they manufacture the kit themselves... MTK Kommander said he got his stuff there... And u know him, he knows what he is talkin about when it comes to HID's. But ive got a set of Catz 4300K HID Kit myself...
