is it worth my crx :
This CRX is in perfect mechanical shape, it has the following mods done to it:
b16a1 30-40k miles
S1 transmission
new axles new radiator
full tune up, including brakes, and timing belt, as well as usual tune up stuff.
skunk2 lowering springs kyb-gr2 shocks/struts
polyeurothane bushings
short shifter
type R ****
Gsr gauge cluster
pacesetter catback exhaust system
front/rear strut bars
rear tie bar
the ac works however the compressor is not mounted, the buyer would need to buy a ac mount (cost : 125 bucks)

i wouldn't even trade your car. i like it better to me i thought that hatch looked kind of ghetto. just my opinion i don't like fog lights and acura rims on honda's. just paint your car.

edit: even better trade cars only if you can take your engine with you. probably won't happen but it's the only way I would trade.

dood you have to do it. LEt me tell you that you will NEVER get the money that you ut into your crx back in any other way than a trade to the right person.

I did the same trade a year ago, my 90 b16'ed crx for a 92 cx, and i never regretted it for a day since. Just think, a 5th gen hatch, the perfect start to the perfect project.

I thought the hatch looked quite nice and untouched, which is the way I like it, teg wheels, and all. Drop that sucka and slight tint on the windows, and bam...nice hatch.

don't go from a 160hp, 2100 lb car to a 70hp 2100lb car unless you have a swap ready or can get one very fast. Just because the car is newer doesnt mean that its better.

But think about dropping an H22 into that CX. That's be mighty difficult to do in the CRX and you get so much torque!

Anyway, don't ask us, in the end it is your decision. Do what YOU want to do.

I would go for the hatch, start over with somethin new, that is what I did last week, I miss my baby but Im loving the SI (even tho it's given me some problems )
Anyways your car is nice but it's worth little money for what you have invested in it for.

Get the new ride, and some cash, lower it about 12ft and I think I see clear tails...

i would trade if i was you my reasons are:

1. i like the eg body over the ef's
2. You'll never get a deal like that again. And like one of the post mention you wont get much out of you car if u did sell it

My question is which do you like better an eg or an ef . Will you have the money to fix up the EG? since now you have to get another motor

Plus i think the eg is in way better shape since the body havent been out as long as the rex. I can be wrong
