How to win the Mugen ITR?

Ive won the Spoon Integra on Gran Turismo 2 but Im wondering how to win the Mugen ITR?? Does anyone know?? Is it possible??

yes you can but i don't know what race off hand POOP!! it comes in red black and white i believe. hmmm did you get the mugen civic?? its the race after that one

actually it rotates with some other car. I believe its in the station wagon cup that get it

I have the Mugen ITR, silver one. Looks gay though. If i remembered, i turboed it too! hehehe....
